Air New Zealand advises that ground conditions at Christchurch Airport are beginning to improve, enabling some flight operations to recommence.
As a result of the snow and freezing conditions affecting parts of the South Island a large number of flights across the country will continue to be delayed and cancelled. Customers will be booked onto the next available service as flights are able to operate again.
Air New Zealand customers are advised to check the Air New Zealand website for arrivals and departures information, which will be updated throughout the day.
If your flight has been affected please call our contact centre on 0800 737 000 to rebook, or check with your travel agent.
